Bright and zesty. Our Limecello (Lime Cello) is a Blue Mountains lime liqueur made with limes grown in Bilpin and Berambing, on the mountain around the shed.

Every lime in our Limecello is grown in Bilpin and Berambing, a few minutes up the road from the shed in the Blue Mountains.

Tasting notes: zesty fresh lime with a clean citrus finish.

How we serve it: frozen, over ice, or as the base of a margarita or mojito.
