Delivery

We ship Australia-wide from the distillery at Bilpin NSW. Orders are packed by the same hands that bottled them and dispatched within 1–3 business days; shipping cost is calculated at checkout.

Someone over 18 must sign for the parcel. Alcohol cannot be left unattended, and the carrier will ask for ID if the person accepting looks under 25. If no adult is home, the carrier will card the parcel for collection.

A small number of communities in NT and WA have alcohol restrictions where carriers cannot deliver liquor. If your address is in one of these areas we will contact you and refund your order in full.

Damaged or faulty bottles

If your order arrives broken, leaking or faulty, email theoldsheddistillery@gmail.com within 7 days with a photo and your order number. We will replace the bottle or refund you in full — your choice. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Change of mind

As licensed alcohol, our spirits cannot be returned for change of mind once dispatched. Choose carefully — or come taste them at the cellar door first.
